The Role:

As a Category Manager for Concept & Fashion, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue and category profit growth for this range. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer experiences and take ownership of category planning and ranging, pricing and promotions, supplier relationship management, and negotiation.

What You’ll Do:
✅ Managing supplier relationships
✅ Taking part in supplier negotiations
✅ Creating engaging value propositions for customers, based on insights and data
✅ Monitoring customer engagement in stores
✅ Working with stores to drive category success
✅ Managing to budgets and forecasts
✅ Inventory & purchasing plans to maintain positive cash flow
✅ Internal reporting of Category performance
✅ Playing an active role in promoting the culture of the business

Qualifications and Experience:
📆 3+ years’ experience in retail category management
🎓 Relevant tertiary qualifications
🤝 Proven experience managing successful supplier relationships
🗣️ Excellent communication skills
📊 Strong analytical skills
🎯 You will have excellent time management and enjoy juggling competing priorities
⚡ Demonstrate a high level of initiative
