The Role:

We’re on the hunt for a passionate and experienced Cook to excel at back-of-house operations at Brisbane Airport in a Full-Time role. If you thrive in fast-paced hospitality environments, love creating efficient and positive kitchen cultures, and want to make a real impact – this could be your next big move.

*Needs a car and can do 4am starts. Availability on Friday's a big BONUS ✅

What You’ll Do:
✅ Cooking and serving of customer meals to order
✅ Daily food preparation, plating & packing orders
✅ Cleaning and maintenance of cooking and food preparation areas
✅ Setup or shutdown of kitchen
✅ Assistance with daily stock take and rotation of stock
✅ General Kitchen duties where required

What We’re Looking For:
💼 Proven experience in a busy kitchen or food service environment
🧼 Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and WHS practices
🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Valid food safety supervisor certificate
📋 Excellent planning, time management, and communication skills
⏰ Flexibility to work a rotating roster (early mornings, late nights & weekends)
🪪 Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
