The Role:

We’re looking for a reliable and driven Warehouse Team Leader to join our team at our Cairns Airport site in a Full-Time capacity. If you’ve got a talent for keeping things organised, motivating others, and making operations hum – this could be your next move.

What You’ll Do:
✅ Support the day-to-day running of warehouse operations
✅ Lead by example on the floor – safety, accuracy, and teamwork
✅ Help coordinate receiving, stock movement, and dispatch
✅ Provide guidance and support to team members
✅ Ensure all tasks meet operational and safety standards
✅ Communicate effectively with internal teams and retail locations
✅ Contribute to process improvements and efficiency goals

What We’re Looking For:
📦 Experience in warehouse or logistics environments
👥 Natural leadership skills – you’re someone others look to for support
🧠 A detail-oriented approach to tasks and time management
📊 Comfortable with warehouse systems and tools (can pick up computer systems quickly!)
🚛 Forklift licence preferred (or willingness to get one)
⏰ Flexibility to work various shifts where needed (at least one weekend day with 6am to 5pm availability but flexible!)
🪪 Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
