Store Manager with experience gained in fast paced retail environment wanted for our Relay store at Darwin Airport!

This is a fast paced, varied, and hands-on role with a strong focus on customer service and people management. You will be strategically minded, lead by example and understand that each day is unique & will often mean wearing many ‘hats’ to ensure our brand is well presented and our customers’ desires are fulfilled.

We’re looking for an experienced leader who will:

  • Demonstrate solid retail operational experience & people management skills
  • Provide a high standard of customer service
  • Lead from the front and ensure all team members are motivated and perform tasks according to standards and procedures
  • Be a true brand ambassador & foster a collaborative team environment; encourage a high-performance culture
  • Provide effective training to staff in the areas of customer service, product knowledge, inventory control and merchandising
  • Manage the administrative functions including rosters, timecards and inventory admin in a timely and accurate way
  • Demonstrate strong computer literacy including MS Office Word, Excel and Teams

We seek a motivated individual who supports our customer-centric values, where the full energy and activity of the store team is focused on delivering a highly satisfying world class customer experience. Experience in FMCG or travel retail will be highly regarded, but is not essential.

As we're located in a dynamic airport environment, we operate outside typical business hours. We are looking for someone who is reasonably flexible with availability as our store trades 24/7.
