About the role

We are on the lookout for a committed and energetic individual who loves being in service and connecting with people to join our team in a Full-Time capacity as Assistant Store Manager at Alice Springs Airport. 

Our News Travels store, is the first stop for the traveller, providing news/magazines, books, gifts and travel.

To be successful, you will need:

• An ability to engage with our customers and make every transaction magical so that you are leading by example for your team!
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role leading a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and exceptional presentation standards
• Commitment and accountability to ensure you can manage the stores effectivity in the absence of the Store Manager
• To bring your higher self to work and show respect for others through your words and actions
• To be flexible to work a rotating roster across Monday to Sunday which may include early morning, late nights
