We are looking for a committed and energetic individual to join our Relay store at Christchurch Airport that has specialist technology skills to deliver an outstanding customer service experience through your product knowledge and ability to provide recommendations and services to our customers.

To execute your goals, you will receive regular, professional training so you will always be up to date on the latest products and trends! You will also:

• Complete customer transactions in a professional and timely manner
• Respond to customer queries and complaints in a polite and courteous manner
• Ensure floor presentation meets or exceeds brand requirements
• Maintain stock and merchandise presentation consistently and in accordance with Company standards

To be successful, you need to be able to work one of the following shift patterns:
Tuesday to Saturday 6.00am to 12.00pm = 27.5 hours per week
Monday and Sunday 6.00am to 12.00pm = 11 hours per week
Tuesday to Saturday 12.00pm to 6.00pm = 27.5 hours per week
Monday and Sunday 12.00pm to 6.00pm = 11 hours per week
