About the role:

Seeking a full-time Retail Team Leader to join our team based at Hobart Airport.

Your main responsibility will be to provide friendly, attentive and efficient customer service to our valued customers and provide basic sales & customer service support to new appointees in your team. Your efforts will support the team and business to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients & customers and achieve the business objectives of the organisation. 

Our Runway News store offers a range of travel essentials including books, magazines, confectionary, grab & go food and drink items and more. Runway News is the one stop shop for all traveller's needs! 

To be successful, you will need:

• An ability to engage with our customers and make every transaction magical
• Demonstrated experience in leading a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and exceptional presentation standards
• Commitment and accountability to ensure you and your team are
• To bring your higher self to work and show respect for others through your words and actions
• To be flexible to work a rotating roster across Monday to Sunday which may include early morning and late nights
