We are on the lookout for committed and enthusiastic individuals who love being in service and connecting with people to join our team in Full-Time Team Leader capacity at our Bound store in Brisbane Airport. 

Our Bound concept store, is a bespoke bookstore and boutique espresso bar, focused on delivering the finest local produce and supporting Queensland merchants.

To be successful, you will need:

• Previous Barista experience or experience working in a Café
• An ability to engage with our customers and make every transaction magical
• Demonstrated experience in leading a team in a fast-paced environment preferably in a hospitality/retail environment
• Strong communication and exceptional presentation standards
• Commitment and accountability to ensure you and your team are performing at their best
• To bring your higher self to work and show respect for others through your words and actions
• A strong work ethic and passion for delivering results in a competitive environment
• To be flexible to work a rotating roster across Monday to Sunday which may include early morning and late nights (adjust or amend to suit)
