About the role

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Café Team Leader to join our team in a Full Time capacity at Melbourne Airport. 

Our Icons Cafe at Melbourne Airport offers customers an inviting space to relax and unwind before their flight. Travellers can enjoy a range of hot and cold made-to-order food and drinks, or browse our range of locally sourced gifts, wines, spirits, chocolates and more!

To be successful, you will need:

• Completed RSA 
• Previous experience in a café environment or in a customer service environment
• Barista experience with a passion for making great coffee
• Positive can-do attitude
• Availability to work a 7-day rotating roster including early mornings (5am) and late finishes (9pm).
