The Role:

We’re looking for an energetic and committed Full-Time Store Manager to join our team at Brisbane Airport. If you love leading from the front, creating outstanding customer experiences, and developing high-performing teams – this is your runway to success.

Help our customers select from travel-related technology accessories, including headphones, phone accessories, and tech accessories in our Tech2Go Store or make someone’s day with our incredible range of exclusive LEGO products

What You’ll Do:
✅ Be the face of the store – set the standard for service and style
✅ Create meaningful connections with customers – every transaction counts
✅ Lead, coach, and inspire your team to hit targets and shine
✅ Manage store operations with accountability and attention to detail
✅ Uphold exceptional presentation and brand standards
✅ Foster a respectful, values-led culture every day

What We’re Looking For:
💼 Experience in a similar leadership role in a high-energy retail environment
🗣️ Strong communication and coaching abilities
🎯 Confidence to take initiative and own your role
🖐️ A “hands-on” leader who thrives in a team setting
⏰ Flexibility to work across rotating shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends & public holidays)
🪪 Valid working rights & eligibility to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
