Area Manager - Wellington

We're seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as an Area Manager at Wellington Airport. In this role, you'll oversee not only our Duty Free offer but also our categories of Technology, Eye wear, Cosmetic’s, News and Books, and Gift and Souvenir.

As a dynamic and results-driven leader, you'll inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences, drive sales growth, and maintain exceptional store standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing and motivating a diverse team across multiple stores, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

- Implementing effective sales strategies and promotions to maximize revenue and profitability.

- Ensuring adherence to high standards of merchandising, stock management, and operational excellence across all stores.
