About the role

We are on the lookout for a committed and energetic individual who loves being in service and connecting with people to join our team in a Full-Time capacity as a retail Assistant Store Manager at Brisbane Airport. 

Our Bound store, provides our customers with a great experience of offering the latest good reads and news to get your fix while travelling to keep up to date or when you want to pass the time! We are looking for people that have a genuine interest in helping customers shop for all their travel needs!

To be successful, you will need:

• An ability to engage with our customers and make every transaction magical so that you are leading by example for your team!
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role leading a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and exceptional presentation standards
• Commitment and accountability to ensure you can manage the stores effectivity in the absence of the Store Manager
• To be flexible to work a rotating roster predominately morning shifts, Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday. Ability to do morning and some night shifts will be beneficial
