Our Transformation & Data Analytics team is growing and we are looking for a new Data & Analytics Manager.

Leading a team of data analysts, you will take ownership for shaping the organisation’s data strategy, enabling actionable insights to support the achievement of our strategic objectives and ensuring data quality and governance across the business.

Working closely with the Head of Transformation, you will spearhead data initiatives to deliver key strategic projects.

In this role you will:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive data and analytics strategy aligned with the company’s goals, identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency
  • Lead, mentor & develop a high-performing data & analytics team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Implement and enforce data governance frameworks, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance
  • Drive the adoption of advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI solutions to deliver actionable insights
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify data requirements and KPIs and create dashboards and reports
  • Digitise and automate
  • Evaluate, select & implement data & analytics tools and platforms

You’ll bring a combination of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and leadership skills from at least 5 years’ experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence in addition to:

  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Power BI, and Power Automate
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data architecture, and data management principles
  • Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud-based data solutions
  • Knowledge of database design, data models, and techniques for data mining and segmentation
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking & decision-making skills
  • Strong leadership with demonstrated ability to foster culture of innovation and collaboration
  • Strong stakeholder engagement with the ability to communicate and present data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Exposure to an FMCG environment will be highly regarded
