New opportunity for a highly motivated Data Analyst to join our Transformation & Data Analytics team as we expand the team’s capability. Working closely with various business units, you’ll provide insights that drive strategic decision-making using Microsoft Fabric.
In this role you will:
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to support business decisions.
- Support the automation of data processes and reporting.
- Work cross functionally to understand data requirements and convert these into technical specs with actionable timelines.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in reporting.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various sources.
- Develop and maintain Python code notebooks.
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure efficient and scalable data workflows.
You’ll be a data-driven individual with at least 2 years' of experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualisation with proven eagerness to solve complex problems in environments that are often ambiguous and require creative and lateral thinking. You'll be comfortable discussing complex themes to non-technical audiences and working cross-functionally in an agile organisation.
We're looking for someone with:
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Power BI, and Power Automate
- Experience with statistical analysis and data modelling
- Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud-based data solutions is essential
- Knowledge of JavaScript and CSS is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- A keen and eager attitude towards continuous upskilling and professional development
- Exposure to an FMCG environment will be highly regarded
