Seeking Full-time Assistant Manager to join our team at Sydney Airport.
Our Liv Eat restaurant offers a delicious range of healthy food options including made to order salads, sandwiches, smoothies, snacks, burrito bowls, wraps and barista made drinks as well as a range of grab and go items.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Proven experience working in food & beverage environment
- Proven experience working with food safety guidelines and protocols
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with stock replenishment and waste minimisation
- Availability to work a 7-day rotating roster with shifts between 4am – 9:30pm
