The Role:

We’re seeking a motivated Assistant Storeroom Manager to lead the charge at our Darwin site in a Full-Time capacity. This is your chance to own the flow of goods, inspire your team, and keep operations running like clockwork – all while enjoying the buzz of a dynamic airport-connected environment!

What You’ll Do:
✅ Oversee day-to-day warehouse/ storeroom operations with a focus on safety and efficiency
✅ Manage inventory, stock movement, and dispatch accuracy
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support retail locations
✅ Monitor KPIs, implement improvements, and meet operational targets
✅ Ensure compliance with WHS standards and procedures


What We’re Looking For:

📦 Proven experience in warehouse/ storeroom or supply chain management
🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
🧠 Organisational excellence and attention to detail
📊 Confidence using warehouse/ storeroom systems and reporting tools
🚛 Forklift licence preferred (or willingness to obtain – if required)
⏰ Flexibility to work various shifts where needed
🪪 Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
