The Role:

Are you a seasoned Retail Lease Administrator looking for a new challenge in the travel retail industry? We are excited to introduce a brand-new part-time opportunity that's perfect for you! This role is based in our Sydney office, conveniently located near Town Hall station, and offers a flexible 4-day workweek schedule.

As a key member of our Finance team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our lease administration processes. If you're passionate about retail leasing and have a keen eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:
✅  Manage and administer retail leases, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and deadlines.
✅  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline lease management processes.
✅  Maintain accurate lease records and facilitate timely rent payments.
✅  Conduct lease audits and reconciliations, ensuring data integrity.
✅  Provide administrative support to the Finance team as required.

Qualifications and Experience:
✅  Proven experience in a similar Lease Administration or Real Estate role.
✅  Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
✅  Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and lease management software.
✅  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
✅  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
