As our Full-Time Cafe Team Member, you’ll help create a welcoming space where great service and style set the tone. With a focus on delivering memorable customer experiences and helping keep store operations running smoothly and to the highest standard.

The Role:

We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Full-Time Cafe Team Member to join our food & beverage team at Brisbane Airport. If you love being hands-on, thrive in a busy café environment, and want to lead a great team – this is the opportunity for you.

*Need someone for morning starts ideally (4-6am starts)

*Must also have reliable transport (car) to get to the airport

What You’ll Do:
✅ Deliver excellent service
✅ Bring energy to every shift and create a great team vibe
✅ Ensure food & beverage standards are on point – quality, speed, and presentation
✅ Support stock management, hygiene, and compliance processes
✅ Maintain a positive, people-first culture

What We’re Looking For:
✈️ Previous experience in hospitality, food retail, or cafes
✈️ Understanding of food safety, hygiene and compliance practices
✈️ Well-groomed & professionally presented 
✈️ Strong communication and people skills
✈️ Flexibility on when you can work including weekends & holidays (we can work around the right candidate)
✈️ Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
✅ Valid RSA Certificate or willingness to obtain one
