The Whittaker’s Store at Auckland Airport is a premium retail space showcasing New Zealand’s most iconic chocolate brand. Designed to give travellers a true taste of Kiwi quality, the store offers the full range of Whittaker’s products, from classic favourites to airport exclusives. It combines a warm, welcoming atmosphere with a modern, stylish fit-out, making it a must-visit destination for both locals and international visitors passing through Auckland Airport.


The Role:

We’re looking for a Part-Time Retail Assistants to join our team at Auckland Airport. If you love customer service, fast-paced environments, and making shopping fun, this is your chance to shine!

What You’ll Do:
✅ Deliver outstanding customer service & expert product recommendations
✅ Stay ahead of trends with ongoing professional training
✅ Keep the store looking vibrant & well-stocked
✅ Process transactions smoothly & efficiently
✅ Assist customers with queries in a friendly, professional manner


What We’re Looking For:
💖 Passion for customer service & sales
🗣️ Confident communicator with a positive attitude
👔 Well-groomed & professionally presented 
🎓 Retail experience? Great! But not essential—we’ll train you!
⏰ Flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays)
🪪 Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
