The Role:

Our Aelia Duty Free Store offers a premium shopping experience featuring a curated selection of luxury duty free goods, including perfumes, cosmetics, spirits, wines, gourmet foods, fashion accessories, electronics, and travel essentials.

We’re looking for Full-Time Retail Assistants to join our team at Queenstown Airport. If you love customer service, fast-paced environments, and making shopping fun, this is your chance to shine!

We have the following shift available:
Tuesday to Saturday - 3 shifts from 1pm - 9:30pm and 2 shifts from 11am - 7:30pm 
Wednesday to Sunday from 4:45am - 1:15pm (must have own reliable transport)

What You’ll Do:
✅ Deliver outstanding customer service & expert product recommendations
✅ Stay ahead of trends with ongoing professional training
✅ Keep the store looking vibrant & well-stocked
✅ Process transactions smoothly & efficiently
✅ Assist customers with queries in a friendly, professional manner

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Passion for customer service & sales
✅ Confident communicator with a positive attitude
✅ Well-groomed & professionally presented 
✅ Retail experience is a big bonus!
✅ Flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays)
✅ Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
