What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare and produce fresh food in line with recipes and brand standards 🍱

• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant kitchen 🧼

• Manage stock, orders, and help reduce waste 📦

• Support production across Fresh, Bakery, Hot Food, and Coffee categories 🔥

• Collaborate with store teams to keep operations running smoothly 🤝

• Assist with basic reporting and production data 📊

• Uphold food safety, OHS, and airport compliance standards 🛡️

Who We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a kitchen or fresh food production 🥗

• Ability to follow recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards 📋

• Strong attention to detail and fast-paced working skills 🔍

• Great communication and teamwork 💬

• Knowledge of stock control, waste management, or labour systems is a plus 📈

• Flexible to work rotating rosters, including weekends and public holidays 🕒
