The Role:
We’re looking for a committed and enthusiastic Team Leader to join our retail family at Adelaide Airport in a Part-Time capacity. If you love connecting with people, creating memorable customer experiences, and inspiring others – this is your moment.
*Willingness to do some opens/closes preferable!
*Available for Saturdays, public holidays etc also desirable!
*Reliable transport to the airport, or live close
What You’ll Do:
✅ Deliver standout customer experiences – lead by example
✅ Guide and support your team to meet service and sales targets
✅ Maintain high visual merchandising and presentation standards
✅ Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and team
✅ Bring accountability, reliability, and positivity to every shift
What We’re Looking For:
🛍️ Experience in a team leadership role within a fast-paced retail or hospitality setting
🗣️ Confident communicator and motivator
🙌 A passion for customer service and making people feel welcome
📋 Ability to stay organised, focused, and cool under pressure
🧑🤝🧑 A respectful and team-oriented attitude
⏰ Flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays)
🪪 Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
