The Role:

We are on the lookout for enthusiastic Cooks to join our team in a Full-Time capacity at Brisbane Airport!

*Can be 4.30am to 5:00am starts and some 8:30pm to 9:00pm finishes. (Flexibility for starts/finishes for the right candidate however) ✅

What You’ll Do:
✅ Cooking and serving of customer meals to order (Western casual cuisine experience a big bonus)
✅ Daily food preparation, plating & packing orders
✅ Cleaning and maintenance of cooking and food preparation areas
✅ Setup or shutdown of kitchen
✅ Assistance with daily stock take and rotation of stock
✅ General kitchen duties where required

What We’re Looking For:
💼 Proven experience in a busy kitchen or food service environment
🧼 Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and WHS practices with a current food safety certificate
⏰ Flexibility to work a rotating roster (early mornings, late nights & weekends)
🪪 Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
