The Role:
Our Aelia Duty Free Store offers a premium shopping experience featuring a curated selection of luxury duty free goods, including perfumes, cosmetics, spirits, wines, gourmet foods, fashion accessories, electronics, and travel essentials.
As a Beauty Advisor for Lancôme at Christchurch Airport, your mission is to make travellers feel fabulous. You’ll be their go-to beauty guru, representing a world-class luxury brand while delivering expert skincare, fragrance, and makeup advice. Through personalised consultations and product recommendations, you’ll create a seamless, memorable shopping experience that reflects the elegance and innovation of Lancôme.
The roster for this position is:
Wednesday & Friday 12pm-4pm and Saturday 9am-5:30pm
What You’ll Do:
✅ Deliver VIP customer service with your beauty expertise.
✅ Stay ahead of trends with regular brand training.
✅ Keep the store looking insta-worthy & inviting.
✅ Process sales smoothly & efficiently.
✅ Assist customers with a smile (and maybe a spritz of perfume).
What We’re Looking For:
✅ You’re obsessed with all things beauty & fragrance (bonus points for industry experience)
✅ You can chat effortlessly with customers & help them find their perfect match.
✅ You have impeccable personal presentation – because you ARE the brand!
✅ You’re flexible to work early mornings, late nights, weekends & holidays – because beauty never sleeps!
✅ Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
