The Role:

Featuring an extensive range of LEGO box sets for builders of all ages, the store offers everything from iconic landmarks and collector editions to popular licensed themes and family favourites. We’re looking for an energetic and committed Full-Time Store Manager to join our team at Sydney Airport. If you love leading from the front, creating outstanding customer experiences, and developing high-performing teams – this is your runway to success.

What You’ll Do:
✅ Be the face of the store – set the standard for service and style
✅ Create meaningful connections with customers – every transaction counts
✅ Lead, coach, and inspire your team to hit targets and shine
✅ Manage store operations and monthly releases with accountability and attention to detail
✅ Uphold exceptional presentation and brand standards
✅ Foster a respectful, values-led culture every day

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience in a similar leadership role in a high-energy retail environment
✅ Strong communication and coaching abilities
✅ Confidence to take initiative and own your role
✅ A “hands-on” leader who thrives in a team setting
✅ Flexibility to work across rotating shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends & public holidays)
✅ Valid working rights & eligibility to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
