The Role:

Discover Perth is a unique speciality store that brings the spirit of Western Australia to life with a curated selection of authentic, high‑quality and affordable gifts. With a global approach blended with local flavour, the store offers beloved local brands alongside exciting new products.

Natural Collective celebrates the beauty of natural fibres with a curated selection of premium clothing, accessories, and homewares. Each piece is crafted from quality blends of merino, alpaca, possum, silk, cashmere, bamboo, linen, and leather, sourced from Australia and around the world.

We’re looking for an energetic and committed Full-Time Store Manager to join our team at Perth Airport to manage two of our specialty concept stores. If you love leading from the front, creating outstanding customer experiences, and developing high-performing teams – this is your runway to success.

What You’ll Do:
✅ Be the face of the store – set the standard for service and style
✅ Create meaningful connections with customers – every transaction counts
✅ Lead, coach, and inspire your team to hit targets and shine
✅ Manage store operations with accountability and attention to detail
✅ Uphold exceptional presentation and brand standards
✅ Foster a respectful, values-led culture every day

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience in a similar leadership role in a high-energy retail environment
✅ A genuine passion for local WA products and championing small businesses
✅ Strong communication and coaching abilities
✅ Confidence to take initiative and own your role
✅ A “hands-on” leader who thrives in a team setting
✅ Flexibility to work across rotating shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends & public holidays)
✅ Valid working rights & eligibility to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
