The Role:

In 2024, Spark was awarded New Zealand's most reliable mobile network with the widest coverage by Opensignal.

In October 2025, the latest Opensignal Mobile Network Experience Report has Spark continuing to lead New Zealand in coverage experience, 5G coverage experience and offering a top reliability experience than our competititors!

As a Full-Time Brand Ambassador, you’ll be the face of Spark at Queenstown Airport, delivering an exceptional customer experience to travellers from all over the world. You’ll engage, inspire and connect with customers by showcasing our products, sharing brand stories, and creating memorable moments in a fast-paced travel retail environment.

*40 hours p/week Sunday to Wednesday roster (11:00AM-9:30PM) shifts


What You’ll Do:

✅ Deliver VIP service that makes every customer feel like a priority.
✅ Stay on top of the latest trends with regular training and updates on our SIM offerings.
✅ Maintain an eye-catching, welcoming space that invites engagement.
✅ Keep things running smoothly with fast and efficient transactions.


What We're Looking For:

✅ You’ve got the gift of the gab and love engaging with all kinds of people.
✅ Strong sales experience in a busy environment prioritised!
✅ You’re well-presented, confident, and proud to represent a global brand.
✅ You’re flexible for early starts, late finishes, weekends & public holidays – because airport life never stops!
✅ Valid working rights and ability to obtain an Airport Aviation Security ID Card.
