The Role:

Our Duty-Free store needs your passion for retail! 

We’re looking for a Full-Time Retail Assistant to join our team at Queenstown Airport. If you love customer service, fast-paced environments, and making shopping fun, this is your chance to shine!

This is a morning shift role 4:45am - 1:15pm from Tuesday to Saturday.

Working in a Duty free in our international departures store means that you will be selling a wide category of products including local wines, fragrances, confectionary, tobacco, sunglasses etc...
In this fast-paced environment, you will deal with international travellers, and to offer the best possible customer experience, you will have to be positive, enthusiastic and share our absolute love for travel retail.

What You’ll Do:
✅ Deliver outstanding customer service & expert product recommendations
✅ Stay ahead of trends with ongoing professional training
✅ Keep the store looking vibrant & well-stocked
✅ Process transactions smoothly & efficiently
✅ Assist customers with queries in a friendly, professional manner

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Passion for customer service & sales
✅ Confident communicator with a positive attitude
✅ Well-groomed & professionally presented 
✅ Previous experience in retail highly desirable 
✅ Flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays)
✅ Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
