The Role:

Gifts and Souvenirs? Travel Essentials? Why would passengers choose when they can have both!

We’re looking for Part-Time Retail Assistants to join our team at Christchurch Airport. 

Our Tiki Tour/Relay store provides passengers a 2 in 1 shopping experience offering both a wide selection of gifts and souvenirs, as well as beverages, fresh grab-and-go options, and everyday health and beauty essentials. 

If you love customer service, fast-paced environments, and making shopping fun, this is your chance to shine!

We offer fixed term positions between 19th October 2026 to 28th March 2027. 
We have a range of hours available, with some shifts starting at 4.00 am and some shifts finishing at 1.30am. 

What You’ll Do:
✅ Deliver outstanding customer service & expert product recommendations
✅ Keep the store looking vibrant & well-stocked
✅ Process transactions smoothly & efficiently
✅ Assist customers with queries in a friendly, professional manner

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Passion for customer service & sales
✅ Confident communicator with a positive attitude
✅ Previous retail experience advantageous
✅ Mandarin language skills highly valued
✅ Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
