About the role
Facilitate the Accreditation application management process, including the provision of case management and customer service requests in line with the NHVR’s scope of services. Create, update and maintain accreditation records, and provide accreditation information to the Accreditation Supervisors, Operations Advisors and Manager as required.
This role will see you receive, assess and process accreditation applications and facilitate case management, including the collection of relevant applicant information (e.g. Compliance History Checks) and provide application information to the Accreditation Supervisors, Operations Advisors and Manager as required.
Key responsibilities of this role are: (but not limited to)
- Deliver end to end customer services in line with defined guidelines, including application status updates, application outcomes and provide support to heavy vehicle industry to improve accreditation requirements
- Coordinate accreditation activities including audits, evidence collection and ongoing compliance monitoring by liaising with auditors and external partners as required, including maintaining accurate records, registers and evidence to support audit readiness and ongoing industry compliance
- Prepare documentation, evidence and maintain audit report records to support accreditation, including tracking corrective actions and referring identified non compliances to the Accreditation Supervisors, Operations Advisors or Manager
- Support the Manager Accreditation Services by providing recommendations and preparing case management and accreditation documentation including maintaining accurate accreditation data
- Taking ownership of caseloads & lead the solution creation before escalation by working autonomously to deliver agreed priorities, accountabilities and timeframes
- Deliver customer requests including the raising of refunds as required by preparing and issuing consumer deliverables (i.e. interception books, vehicle labels)
- Contribute to team performance and process improvement initiatives

About You
To be successful in this role you will possess
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to manage effective relationships with customers, stakeholders and the team
- Demonstrate the ability to identify gaps in compliance and recommend improvements, including facilitate root cause analysis for non-compliances
- Proven experience in utilising data dashboards or analytics tools to identify trends and visualize compliance performance and bring insight into safety culture and behavioural drivers behind compliance failures (or ability to rapidly acquire this)
- Proven Microsoft application & SAAS Systems knowledge with the ability to perform integration and Importing data knowledge into central systems e.g. Excel, SharePoint and Power BI (or ability to rapidly acquire this)
- Demonstrated strong written communication skills including the ability to clearly and concisely articulate complex issues and risks in high level documentation including reports, briefings, business cases and service level agreements.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, with focus on accurate and timely delivery of data entry and application processing
- Demonstrated ability to manage self and work autonomously to deliver quality outputs within agreed priorities, accountabilities and timeframes
