Job Summary

This position will manage all employee benefits, all employee application software functionalities and will manage multiple PeopleSoft human resources processes and information systems.

Job Duties:

• Benefits Management – all data entry and paperwork submission for new hires and qualifying events; KHRIS data entry; provide/disseminate information for open enrollment and new hires; provide oversight with employee questions on benefit topics.
• Data Entry – Data entry for Full time, Federal Work Study, Adjunct and Workforce including new hire, all data changes, pay changes, etc.
• Page Up Maintenance – create position posting utilizing the job request form; open and close all positions; review applications; use PageUp platform for process communications; create and send job offers via Page Up platform.
• Search Committee Coordination – Communicate with search committee’s during search process, facilitate scheduling of candidates and committee.
• Position number management in PS – verify/update existing position numbers, create new position numbers.
• Utilize Onbase for filing, providing back up to HR assistant.
• Maintain the Tuition Waiver process, back up for other leave processes.
All other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree plus four years related experience or equivalent.
