Job Summary

The Student Support Specialist II will function as an academic advisor, and assist with recruitment and related retention efforts.
Review of applications will begin May 12, 2025.

Job Duties:

Duties to include, but not be limited to:
• Provides academic counseling and advising new and visiting students, to include registration and drop/add data entry as necessary.
• Provides academic counseling and career/college adjustment counseling for continuing students when an assigned academic advisor is unavailable, to include registration and drop/add data entry necessary.
• Support retention initiatives as assigned.
• Support Enrollment Services by providing general recruiting assistance, including Veterans.
Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree plus two years related experience, or equivalent.
