Job Summary

The IT Helpdesk Coordinator II will provide entry-level technical support for instructional and informational technology utilized by faculty, staff, and students. This position will provide support primarily for our Lees College Campus location in Jackson, KY.

Job Duties:

Duties to include, but not be limited to:
• Assist students, faculty, and staff with computer hardware and software issues in classrooms, labs, and offices.
• Provide technical support for multi-factor authentication (MFA) using Azure Active Directory (Azure AD).
• Perform basic troubleshooting and support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Deliver technical assistance and maintenance for Smart Classrooms and AV equipment.
• Maintain daily operations and user support in campus computer labs.
• Provide end-user support for PeopleSoft-related help desk tickets.
• Manage user accounts, group memberships, and permissions in Active Directory.
• Perform basic computer management tasks including imaging, software installation, updates, and asset tracking.
• Assist with basic computer networking tasks, including running and terminating network cables, identifying port locations, and testing connectivity.
• Perform other duties as requested.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school degree plus one year related experience.
