Job Summary The Financial Aid Specialist II provides financial aid, admissions, and career guidance to current students, perspective students, and parents. Additionally, the FAS provides consultation in all financial aid matters to a variety of stakeholders including students, prospective students, high school and GEAR Up counselors, faculty, staff and interested community partners, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and institutional policies. |
Job Duties: 1. Manage daily Financial Aid operations at the Montgomery Campus consisting of processing applications, performing corrections, and awarding aid. Stay updated on federal, state and institution policies and procedures to ensure compliance. |
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent years or experience. |
Preferred Qualifications: 2-4 years of relevant experience. |
