Job Summary This position will provide college-wide coordination of student activities, student organizations and events. |
Job Duties: • Plans and organizes student activities (including intramurals) for the entire student body at multiple campus sites including securing event facilities, publicizing events, organizing food, contracting entertainment, and recruiting volunteers for setup and tear down. • Oversees student organizations and provides student organization executive officer training, faculty advisor training, event planning workshops, and fundraising strategy workshops each semester as needed. • Assists with the Student Ambassador program including, but not limited to, uniform coordination and daily operations such as event coordination and tracking. • Manages the Student Activities/Student Life and SGA webpage and other communications. • Oversees and supports college-wide events. • Other duties as assigned. |
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (related field), and two years related work experience or equivalent. |
