Job Summary The IT Support Specialist II (Workforce Operations Specialist) position serves the primary responsibility for tech support and troubleshooting for the non-credit registration software (Campus CE) and customer relationship management software (Salesforce) assisting in maintaining the Workforce Solutions website, preparing reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for Workforce Solutions accountability measures, serving as back-up for all financial processing for Workforce Solutions including TRAINS, and providing large project support. |
Job Duties: Functional lead for the CampusCE to support the colleges daily with any issues related to the software. Correct and/or mitigate issues and assist with related with Accounting Processes including troubleshooting. Provides technical troubleshooting and customer-focused response for issues related to workforce enrollments and data management. Work directly with college staff to identify solutions and resolve issues on the back end of the technical platform. Collaborates with cross-functional staff to address college needs. |
Minimum Qualifications: One (1) year certificate or training from a college or technical school and two (2) years of relevant experience or equivalent. |
Preferred Qualifications: Associate's Degree in Business and/or Information Technology and three (3) years of relevant experience or equivalent. |
