Job Summary Provides leadership and direction for Team LAUNCH grant including planning, developing and managing grant strategies ad as the Program Facilitator. Provides supervision of success coach staff training and activities. Maintains project fiscal and operational accountability as required by the grant and the institution by collecting, organizing, and maintaining full and accurate project records; allocating resources for program results; and facilitate communication and collaboration, both internally and externally. Work with potential employer partners to facilitate job shadowing or work experience opportunities for students. |
Job Duties: Establishes the program to coordinate and provide services that meet the needs of the students. Recruit a minimum of 25 students per year and retain 25 follow-up students. Assist in the interpretation of student data to implement the delivery of project services including student participation, advising or counseling, academic and non-academic support, career planning assistance, and retention to ensure progress and compliance with grant objectives and outcomes. |
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Social Work, Education, Business Administration or similar |
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in education, workforce development, social services, human resources, or a related field (Master’s preferred depending on complexity of program) |
Additional Skills Requested: Effective facilitation of workshops, trainings, or group discussions |
