Job Summary The Academic and Student Support Specialist will provide essential support for dual credit, competency-based education (CBE), pathways, and transfer. Main duties will include performing routine tasks, maintaining records and databases, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day processes. This position will support the head of the unit and several system-wide initiatives. |
Job Duties: Will provide support for dual credit, including managing course information in PeopleSoft, assisting college staff with scholarship reconciliation, routing and resolving tickets related to dual credit, and serving as the point of contact for Dual Enroll management. |
Minimum Qualifications: Associate's Degree in Higher Education, Technical Education and/or Workforce Development, Leadership, Project Management, Curriculum Design, Adult Learning and six (6) years of relevant experience or equivalent. |
Preferred Qualifications: Associate's Degree in Higher Education, Technical Education and/or Workforce Development, Leadership, Project Management, Curriculum Design, Adult Learning and seven (7) years of relevant experience or equivalent. |
