Job Summary

Provide general clerical and customer service duties in support of SKYCTC’s Transpark Center. This position is the Transpark Center, located at 221 Commonwealth Blvd., Bowling Green, KY 42101.
The job pays $14.00 an hour with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
Anticipated employment is August 2025 - May 2026, subject to employment expectations, such as dependability, punctuality, and confidentiality.

Job Duties:

• Clerical and receptionist duties with customer service role answering questions in person and on the phone
• Assist with maintaining the Transpark common spaces, straightening literature, and stocking office supplies.
• Assist faculty and staff with projects
• Assist with campus events and set up
• Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Submits a completed, current year FAFSA to SKYCTC
• Is a U.S. citizen or an eligible non-citizen
• Is credential-seeking in a SKYCTC program of study
• Maintains a GPA of 2.0 or higher and makes Satisfactory Academic Progress
• Maintains enrollment in 6 or more program-applicable credit hours
• Has “unmet need” in the financial aid budget to allow for a federal work-study award
• Consents to state and national pre-employment background checks, per Kentucky State Law
