Job Summary The Workforce Liaison serves as a key connection between the college, employers, and community partners to develop and deliver high-quality training and workforce initiatives. This position focuses on building strong relationships with business, industry, and economic development leaders to identify workforce needs, customize training solutions, develop proposals and pricing, and support regional economic growth. The Workforce Liaison works closely with internal teams to ensure training programs are relevant, industry-aligned, and delivered at the speed of business. |
Job Duties: • Build and maintain relationships with employers, industry associations, workforce boards, and community organizations to identify and address training needs. |
Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in workforce development, economic development, training and development, business, education, or a related field. |
Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in a higher education or training environment. |
Additional Skills Requested: • Ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally (up to 25%). |
