Job Summary

Part-time instructional technology assistant position within the Tech Hub and Online Learning departments, not to exceed 24 hours/week. Training is provided.

Job Duties:

1. Support students and faculty by providing technical assistance while promoting technology readiness and academic success.
2. Assist in troubleshooting student technology issues related to their coursework.
3. Assist faculty and students in using the Learning Management System.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate degree or equivalent years of experience, Typical years of relevant experience: 0-2 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (Blackboard, Canvas, etc.)
• Experience in basic digital skills, including file management, web navigation, and email systems
