Job Summary The position coordinates administrative office functions at the district 3 office located in Greenville, Kentucky. Provides information and resources to efficiently serve students and staff; provides support services to the district coordinator and staff; assists with coordination of fire department training, prepares reports and assists in monitoring the district budget and other administrative functions as required. The position gives support to the fire departments in the state of Kentucky where applicable, adhering in all functions to KCTCS policies and procedures and local, state, and national guidelines and regulations as applicable. |
Job Duties: • Prepares and maintains documentation for reports, procurement card, and other purchases; monitors expenditures and budgets; serves as first point of contact for the district office; prepares and edits correspondence, documents and, emails; maintains files, assists with monitoring and maintaining area website and/or app, tracks student information; and maintains records. |
Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED and 5 years of relevant experience |
Preferred Qualifications: Associate's degree or equivalent and 3 years of relevant experience |
Additional Skills Requested: Prefer accounting and business administration certificates with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications. Public Safety Emergency services operations knowledge is beneficial. The individual must possess the ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, provide strong attention to detail, provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. Must be a team player. |
