Job Summary Manage the college's Correctional Education Program, which includes coordinating the recruiting, admissions, financial aid, enrollment, transfer, career, and re-entry processes. This includes establishing partnerships and providing direct service to incarcerated students. This position must maintain on-site office hours approximately three days per week at the Eastern Kentucky Correctional Complex (EKCC) in West Liberty, Kentucky. Home base campus can be at any MCTC campus: Morehead, Maysville, Cynthiana, or Mount Sterling. |

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (Social Work, Human Services, Criminal Justice, Guidance Counseling, Student Personnel Services, Educational Administration, Education, or related field) OR equivalent years of relevant experience. |
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field or higher, with relevant 2+ years of relevant experience. |
Additional Skills Requested: Microsoft office suite; Learning Management Systems (including Blackboard); Strong written & verbal communication skills; Program development and management; Financial aid processes & compliance; Academic advising & student support; Course scheduling & enrollment; Administrative tasks; Experience working with and willingness to work with incarcerated or justice-involved individuals. |
