Job Summary The Academic and Student Support Administrator provides a pivotal leadership role in the coordination and execution of key system-wide academic programs, including dual credit, transfer pathways, and competency-based education (CBE). This position is responsible for overseeing strategic operations, ensuring alignment with institutional goals, and driving continuous improvement across multiple programs that directly impact student success and academic innovation. Acting as a central point of contact and project lead, the Administrator collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, manages complex workflows, and ensures the timely delivery of high-impact resources and communications. |

Job Duties: Leads and oversees back-end dual credit operations across the system, including managing course information in PeopleSoft, assisting college staff with scholarship reconciliation with KHEAA, routing and resolving tickets related to dual credit, and serving as the point of contact for DualEnroll management. Collaborate with Financial Aid and the Business Office on dual credit scholarship reconciliation. |

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and four (4) years of relevant experience or equivalent. |
