Job Summary The IT Helpdesk Coordinator II assists with the technical troubleshooting and documentation for customers in order to support the mission of the institution through technology. This position is located on the Pineville campus but also requires travel to the Knox campus. The expected start date is January 2026. |

Job Duties: • Perform basic and advanced troubleshooting for computers, laptops, VOIP phones, printers, and projector hardware/software. |

Minimum Qualifications: Associates Degree and 1-3 years relevant experience. |
