Job Summary The Academic Program Coordinator provides high touch support to traditional and dual credit students at the Southwest and Bullitt campuses, offering assessment, advising, academic planning, and ongoing guidance from enrollment through completion. This role ensures a seamless student experience by monitoring academic progress, fostering strong communication and collaboration, and helping students stay on track toward semester to semester persistence and successful program or degree completion. |

Job Duties: • Operate in a high-touch service role, focused on retention management, outreach, and intervention. Activities include assessment, advising, monitoring academic progress, providing holistic student assistance services, creating an academic plan for each student during their first semester, and following up with students to ensure semester to semester completion with the goal of program and degree completion. |

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (related field) and one year of related experience, or equivalent. Must have a valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation. Must have the ability to work some evening and weekend events as needed. |
