Job Summary Hazard Community and Technical College invites applications for the position of Private Foundation Grant Writer. The Private Foundation Grant Writer is responsible for researching, developing, writing, and submitting grant proposals that support the strategic initiatives of Hazard Community & Technical College (HCTC). This position works collaboratively with leadership, faculty, staff, and external partners to secure funding from private sources. The Private Foundation Grant Writer will lead the preparation of competitive grant applications that align with HCTC’s mission through education, workforce development, and community partnerships. This role includes coordinating proposal development and ensuring compliance with funding requirements. |

Job Duties: Duties to include, but not limited to: |

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (related field) and four years of related work experience, or equivalent. |

Preferred Qualifications: GPC Certification preferred. |
