Job Summary The KNAT Program Coordinator supports strategic implementation and operational management of the Kentucky Nurse Aide Training (KNAT) Program. This role ensures statewide consistency, regulatory compliance, and system level collaboration to maintain high-quality nurse aide education and testing services throughout the KCTCS system and external training partners. |

Job Duties: Support the management and administration of all KNAT-related operations in collaboration with the Program Manager. Manage scheduling and documentation for testing outcomes, training availability, provider performance, and satisfaction surveys. Coordinate and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to KNAT Coordinators. Provide responsive end-user support to statewide training and testing providers, maintain updates to the KCTCS Nurse Aide website, and monitor the nurse aide testing email inbox. Serve as the subject matter expert on the TMU system by developing and maintaining training materials while ensuring system functionality and accessibility. |

Minimum Qualifications: Associate's Degree in Business, Communications, Education and six (6) years of relevant experience or equivalent. |

Preferred Qualifications: Associate's Degree in Business, Communications, Education and seven (7) years of relevant experience or equivalent. |
