Job Summary The Institutional Effectiveness Specialist III works independently to support the Office of Research and Policy Analysis (ORPA) by conducting applied research and producing high-quality research reports and briefs. The position focuses on translating complex data into actionable insights that inform institutional decision-making, policy development, and strategic initiatives across KCTCS. This role emphasizes research design, survey development and administration, and the preparation of clear, well-supported written research products. The position also collaborates closely with ORPA and college staff on systemwide and college-level research projects. |

Job Duties: Collaboratively produces data reports and summaries to support continuous improvement in institutional and program effectiveness, policy development, and KCTCS initiatives. |

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and four (4) years of relevant experience or equivalent. |
