Job Summary Somerset Community College invites applications for a full-time Instructor/Clinical Coordinator - Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program. Because the program operates in a hybrid format and students attend courses at both the Laurel Campus and the Russell Center, the Clinical Coordinator will be expected to travel between locations as needed and to clinical sites. |

Job Duties: The Instructor/Clinical Coordinator is responsible for coordinating clinical education, delivering didactic and laboratory instruction, and supporting student success within the Diagnostic Medical Sonography program. The successful candidate will provide instruction to students in both theory and practice of the Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program. Activities include: planning and carrying out instruction, instructional activities, and preparing learning materials for special studies; preparing lesson plans, instructional activities and maintaining records and reports on student learning; participating in professional development activities to improve teaching skills and expertise, student advising, student clinical placement, and other assigned duties. This position ensures effective clinical partnerships, maintains compliance with accreditation standards, and contributes to continuous program improvement. |

Minimum Qualifications: • Associate's degree from an accredited university or college; |

Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university or college in a relevant field; |
